RATES:

$75/hr - travel time is billed at the standard rate, one-way.(15 min minimum)

Remote, Phone, & Email Support:

$75/hr - billed in 6 min increments (1/10 of Hour)

After hours Support (outside of 8-6 m-f):

Double our standard rate and is offered on a best effort basis.

Why we don't do service contracts.

We recommend and install stable, reliable technology: The major benefit of which is to increase efficiency and reduce costs. We don't want our clients paying us when they don't need us. Our workers are worth their wage and will help you successfully implement reliable (cost effective) solutions that help to achieve your goals, without asking you to add us as a ongoing monthly expense.
