Mr. Steffen has over 30 years of experience with computer information systems. He began his career in 1969 with the leading consulting & accounting firm, Arthur Anderson & Co., working primarily with mainframe computers. When he chose to concentrate on smaller businesses, his emphasis shifted to minicomputers and, beginning in 1984, microcomputers such as the IBM PC and compatibles.

Most of his current clients are small businesses working with IBM compatible, MS-DOS computers. He provides consulting, training and installation services for a variety of software, including MS-DOS, Lotus 123 and WordPerfect. He specializes in accounting systems and is a Certified Consultant for RealWorld and CYMA accounting programs, and also consults on Peachtree, OneWrite Plus and DAC-Easy.
