Marshalling Resources to
Produce Wealth for Generations

What does our mission statement mean?

Marshallingto bring order and organization to exsisting resources to effectively win the day or reach the goal.

Resources -- people, their time, their abilities; financial and other assets

Produce – the results of our efforts are measured by the fruit they bear, rather than on promises of future harvests.

Wealth -- the rewards that last, whether they are financial, physical, emotional or spiritual. Not simply riches.

Generations – beyond our next meal, the goal is long-term results that impact our grandchildren.

The principles of our corporate culture serve as fence-posts that mark our territory. As with ancient boundary markers, we build fences not to keep neighbors out, but rather to promote understanding and reduce conflict. For whether you're a kinsman or a neighbor - our goal is healthy relationships.

By explicitly declaring our standard - employees, vendors and clients know what they can expect of us.
